wedding Booking Process

We have taken great steps to make booking services with Creative Beauté Agency | Smart and Chic Bride easy and organized.

A personal Account Page is created for every person that completes a Service Request.

The Account Page provides a detail of the entire Event, including all participants, the services selected, pricing, the schedule and the payment process.

We also allow access for the Event creator to make any edits along the way to ensure the accuracy of this special day.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

AVAILABILITY and PRICING

Just complete our brief Service Request. List all the possible participants and services you may want. There is no obligation here, as this is simply to show you some numbers…what it would cost.

If we have availability, with in days, if not hours, we will post a detailed Service Proposal to the Account Page created just for you. On your Account Page you can see clearly all costs and any qualifying discounts. Availability changes daily, so securing your Event with a Deposit is recommended.

the ACCOUNT PAGE

Your personal Account Page allows you to track and manage your Event. You can do everything from here…view the Proposal, make payments and even email us directly from the page with any questions, comments or change requests.

PAYMENT

All Payments are made right from your personal Account Page using PayPal or a major credit card. Visa, Master Card or American Express. Sorry but no checks.

First: To secure an Event requires only a $50 Deposit. The Deposit allows us to assign Artists to your Event and ensures you’re covered. The Deposit goes towards your service total and will show as a credit on the Final Invoice. The Deposit is non-refundable and canceling the Event, forfeits the Deposit.

Next: If a Preview Service (trial run) is requested, the Preview Service payment will be due no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Lastly: Final Invoice (remaining balance) will be due no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled Event date.

CANCEL or ADD SERVICES

No problem. Until 6 weeks prior, cancel anything you wish with no penalty. Add anything you like right up until the big day, provided Artist availability. Any cancellations must be done 6 weeks prior to the Event or payment for cancelled services will be due in full.

ASSIGNING ARTISTS

Artists are assigned once we receive a Deposit. Artists are assigned based on their capability, availability and geographic location. We will assign enough Artists to not exceed a service time of 4-5 hours.

The PREVIEW SERVICE

Sometimes referred to as a Trial Run, Practice Session or Consultation. The Preview Service can be scheduled as soon as you like but typically your Artist will contact you about 12 weeks prior to the Event to coordinate a date and time. Like all of our Services, the Preview is performed at a location of your choice. They are scheduled Mondays through Thursdays to accommodate Artists busy weekend schedule. Weekend services may be possible for an additional fee. A Travel Fee may be required if the location is more than 20 miles from downtown Minneapolis (35W Bridge)

the FINAL SCHEDULE

The Schedule is posted to your Account Page, detailing all Participants with their individual service times. This is a minute-by-minute schedule intended to help ensure you and your party be completed by your requested Ready Time.

DISCOUNTS

We apply a discount if pre-booked services, including Preview Service, total $700. This discount is applied to the bride’s hair and makeup services, and can be as much as a $100 discount. Qualifying discounts are applied to the Final Invoice. $700 in services must be booked prior to wedding day and does not include services added on wedding day, travel fees or Artist reimbursements.

GRATUITY

We include an 18% services gratuity. Past brides have expressed this helps simplify the transaction process, as wedding day can be stressful and sometimes a bit chaotic:)
